That’s not a secret that love is an all-time feeling which makes the earth go round. Our story is about women who help top footballers to write their names in history. These wives and girlfriends of the footballers love them not for their goals, saves, passes or penalty shoots. They love their halves for what is inside and give their heroes strength and courage.

1. Antonella Roccuzzo is the girlfriend of the number one footballer in the world, Barcelona and Argentina star, Lionel Messi and what is also very important she is the mother of Thiago, their son. They know each other since childhood which they spent together in their hometown Rosario in Argentina. Leo met Antonella, his best friend’s cousin, when he was about five years old.

That goes without saying that such a beauty cannot but gives inspiration to such a talented Lionel.

2. Irina Shayk is a diamond. Or an emerald, because of her green eyes? A Russian model has been dating with Cristiano Ronaldo since the spring of 2010. They met during their Armani Exchange campaigns and since then Ronaldo has been scoring, Shayk has been posing for photographs and all the fans have been waiting for the news about their marriage. And that happened  We can’t miss the fact that a Russian model is dating Ronaldo, who is already a daddy.

Good luck, Irina! We wish you all the best as you sparkle as brightly as your boyfriend.

3. Xavi Hernandez keeps his private life private. He has hardly been caught by paparazzi with a girlfriend. It is impossible to imagine for us how such a devoted to Barca midfielder can do without a source of inspiration. Earlier he said that he had ended up with girls and my game had got better. No, we do not believe in it and that was time ago. Xavi visited the 2012 Ballon d’Or ceremony with Nuria Cunillera.

4. Andres Iniesta is happy to be the husband of Anna Ortiz. The couple had dated since 2008 and on 3 April 2011 she gave a birth to their daughter Valeria. Andres and Anna married shortly after Spain succeeded to win Euro 2012.

5. Atlético Madrid’s mascot Radamel Falcao is married to Lorelei Taron. She is Argentinean model. Making a debut as a Gospel singer, Lorelei said that God & Falcao are her source of inspiration. We believe that Falcao can say the same.

6. Iker Casillas is one of the brightest footballers in the world. The couple of the eminent goalkeeper and Sara Carbonero, who was voted ‘The Sexiest Reporter in the World’, is certainly a marvelous one. A sports journalist Sara and Iker have been dating since 2010 and we are still waiting for their wedding.

7. Andrea Pirlo is a private individual. He married Deborah Roversi in 2001 and they have two children.

8. Didier Drogba is married to Diakité Lalla. She is from Mali and met her future Ivory Coast-born husband in Paris. She doesn’t like to be on public eye and likes to spent time with their three children.

9. Manchester United fans’ favorite, Robin Van Persie is married to Bouchra Elbali. The couple has a daughter Dina and a son Shaqueel. He is Manchester United and Netherlands striker, but for the Moroccan-Dutch Bouchra he is a beloved husband, who is keen on table tennis, likes his family and lets her to wear trousers. She was wise enough to forgive Robin and saved the family, when their relationships were under threat because an unpleasant incident in 2005.

10. Is Zlatan Ibrahimović a hero or a villain? That is the question for many people but not for Helena Seger. She is eleven years older than Zlatan, a former model, she worked on TV. He was a screwed-up kid in a problem family and having become a football star in Sweden by the age of 20 he got fame, glory and love of Helena, whom he met in 2002. The couple has two children. She gave him love, taught him good manners and, for his part, Zlatan made her life luxurious.

Yeh, football is like work. No matter how much futbolistas love their work, they always need love and source of inspiration. And they come to us ))

Men love football and beautiful women, beautiful women love sportsmen and money. Personality, huh? :) There are exceptions, but they only prove the rule.

"The guy wins $181 mln in the lottery on Wednesday and finds the love of his life just two days later!" - google their photo.

Nothing more than a joke, sure, but every joke has a grain of truth :)
