FC Dallas is a football club from Dallas, Texas, founded in 1996.
The team received its current name in 2004. Earlier it sounded like Dallas Burn. The club is often nicknamed as Toros.
FC Dallas Stadium (situated in the suburb of Frisco) with the capacity of 20,500 is the Toros’ home arena.
Clark Hunt is the team’s owner and Schellas Hyndman is the head coach. Dallas also has some international partners like Atletico Paranaense (Brazil) and Tigres de la UANL (Mexico).
In 1997 the club won Lamar Hunt US Open Cup and in 2005, 2007 finished as runners-up.
Dallas official colors are red-white and blue-white.
