Dynamo Bryansk is a football club in Russia, founded in 1931. Initially the team competed in the league of the Western Oblast. Between 1949 and 1952 the team played in the RSFSR league. In 1959 they were the winners of the Bryansk Oblast and advanced to the Class B. They entered Class A, Second Group in 1968 but in 1970 they were relegated. In 1992 and 1993 they played in the Russian Second League and between 1994 and 1997 Dynamo they competed in the Third League.
In 1998 the team began to compete in the Second Division Centre zone and in 2003 they won promotion to the Russian National Football League(second tier). In 2009 they competed in the third tier, then advanced to the Russian First division but in 2012 they left it as they lost their professional status. However, in 2013 they returned to professional football and entered the second division for the 2013/2014 season.
