Tala’ea El-Gaish SC, or simply El-Geish, is an Egyptian club founded in 1997 in Cairo.
The club is superintended by the Egyptian armed forces and that’s why they are often nicknamed the Army’s Vanguards. The team competes in the Egyptian Premier League but it has never won the title.
The club is proud of its former prominent players like Abdel Sattar Sabry and Ernest Papa Arko. Arko was a mainstream striker of the club since 2004 till 2012 amassing 44 goals in 118 league appearances for that period.
El-Gaish play their home matches at 28,500 seater Cairo Military Academy Stadium.
