MYPA (MyPa or Myllykosken Pallo-47) is a football club in Finland. It was founded in 1947 in Myllykoski, a village that became the part of Anjalankoski in 1975 and Anjalankoski became a part of Kouvola in 2009. The team made its top flight debut in 1975 but relegated the following season.
Since 1992 MyPa has been competing in Veikkausliiga. Between 1993 and 1996 the team finished runner-up three consecutive seasons. At that period they were guided by Harri Kampman. In 1992, 1995 and 2004 MyPa won Finnish Cups. In 2005 the team won their first ever league title and got a chance to compete in the UEFA Cup, where they reached Round 1 and lost to Grasshoppers 4-1.
The team’s home ground is Saviniemi stadium, which has a capacity of 4,167.
