Odesa FC was a football club in Ukraine. It was founded in 1947 and initially it was an amateur team in Ovidiopol. They competed in local and regional tournaments, since 1997 they were the winners in the regional tournaments four consecutive seasons. Between 1998 and 2000 they played in the Ukrainian amateur league and in 1999 they won that league title. Since 2001/02 they compete in the Ukrainian league and up to the end of 2006/07 they played in the third tier, then advanced to the First league (second tier). In 2011 the football club was moved from Ovidiopol to Odesa, in 2012/13 they dropped from the First League and before the start of the 2013/14 season the team withdrew from the professional league.
