Randers FC is a football club in Denmark. It was founded after Dronningborg Boldklub, Hornbæk Sportsforening, Kristrup Boldklub, Randers Freja, Randers KFUM and Vorup Frederiksberg Boldklub merged in 2003.
Since its creation and till January 2007 the team was guided by Lars Olsen. In their second season Randers FC earned promotion to the1st Division, having finished runners-up, but suffered relegation after a season they spent in the Danish 1st Division.
In the 2004/05 season Randers FC won promotion from the 2nd Division and before the end of 2010/11 they never relegated from the higher division. Nevertheless the team had mixed success in that period.
In 2006, they won the Danish Cup thus getting a chance to qualify for the UEFA Cup. In 2009 and 2010 Randers FC won the Danish league Fair Play and that allowed them to compete in the Europa League.
In 2010/11, Randers FC suffered relegation and Michael Hemmingsen was appointed their new head coach to bring the team back to the 1st Division, which he did.
The team play their home matches at AutoC Park Randers, its capacity is 12,000.
