Salyut Belgorod was a football club in Russia. It was founded in 1960 and initially had the name Tsementnik, later its name was changed several times. In 1960/61 they competed in the Class B, in 1964 the team was re-organized and in 1968 they finished third in the Class B thus were promoted to the Class A. When the Soviet league system was re-structured in 1971, Salyut competed in the Soviet Second League.
In 1992 the team entered recently formed Russian First League but faced relegation at the end of the season. The following season they won the Russian Second League Zone 2 but refused to promote. In 1995 they relegated to the Third League, in 1996 they returned to the Second League but due to financial problems they dropped to the amateur league. The team retained its professional status in 2000 and between 2001 and 2005 they played in the Second division. In 2005 they won promotion to the First division, in 2010 they relegated to the Second division, Zone Center. The team won it in 2011/12 was advanced to the Russian National Football League. During the winter 2013/2014 the club was dissolved due to financial difficulties.
