FC Shakhtyor is a football club in Belarus, located in Soligorsk. It was founded in 1961. Since Belarus became an independent state in 1992, the team has competed in the top division. In 2005 Shakhtyor claimed Belarusian Premier League victory. They were runners-up in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
In 2002, 2004, 2006, 2007 the team won bronze medals. In 2004 they won the Belarusian Cup. Shakhtyor was runner-up at the 2011 Commonwealth of Independent States Cup.
Their home venue is Stroitel Stadium, which has a capacity of 4,200.
