FK Sloboda is a Serbian club from Užice. It was founded in 1925 as Užički radnički sportski klub Sloboda. The club’s first match was against Radnički 1923 Kragujevac on 24 June 1926.
In the 2000s, Sloboda performed in the third division, but got a place in the Serbian SuperLiga after a merger with FK Sevojno, which had played in the top tier of the national competition. That was the reason for the adoption of the new name, FK Sloboda Point Sevojno, which could be seen on the club’s crest. However, on 13 October 2011, the name was changed back to Sloboda Užice.
The club’s home ground is Užice City Stadium with 12,000 seats. Sloboda’s home colours are red and black.
