Troyes (officially - ES Troyes AC) is a French football club based in city of the same name. The club was founded in 1986. Currently Daniel Mazoni is the president of Troyes and Jean-Marc Furlan is a head coach.
The greatest achievement of the French team is the Intertoto Cup title (2001). Troyes began their run in the 2009/2010 season in the national league (by the end of the 2008/2009 season Troyes took 19th place in the French League 2 and accordingly was relegated to the third division of the championship). But within three seasons the team managed to accomplish a real breakthrough: Troyes started in League 1 in 2012/2013 season. However, they were relegated after the first season in the top flight.
Home matches of the team are held at the stadium Stade de l’Aube which seats more than 21 thousand people.
