FC Vysočina Jihlava is a football club in the Czech Republic. It was formed in 1948 and made its first top flight debut in 2005. Initially the club was named PAL Jihlava. Between 1993 and 2000 the team competed in the third highest division Bohemian Football League. In 2000 the team got the name of FC Vysočina Jihlava and advanced to the Czech 2. Liga.
In 2003/04 the team reached the semifinals of the Czech Cup and in the 2004/05 season they finished the second tier runner-up, thus promoted to the Gambrinus liga. They competed in the top division only one season and then relegated back. Up to the end of 2011/12 Vysočina Jihlava played in the Czech 2. Liga, in that season they finished second and earned promotion.
