Yenisey Krasnoyarsk is a Russian football side that was founded in 1937 under the title Lokomotiv Krasnoyarsk. During their long history the team was also called Russet, Avtomobilist and Metallurg. In 2011 the club adopted its current name.
The side has never competed in the Soviet Top Division or Russian Premier League.
In 2010 the club won their zone competition in the Russian Second Division and received a ticket to the Russian First Division.
The team host their home games at Central Stadium with the capacity of 22, 500.
