Choi Kang-Hee is the head coach of a South Korean club Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors. He started his playing career in POSCO Dolphins in 1983, though spent there a short stint and then played for Hyundai Horang-i until 1992.
Choi Kang-Hee started to work as a trainer of Suwon Samsung Bluewings in 1995, then he was an assistant coach of Suwon Samsung Bluewings, South Korea national football team U-23, South Korea national football team.
In 2005 he headed Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors. Under his guidance the team, which he coached for six years, won 2009 and 2011 K-League titles, Korean FA Cup in 2005 and 2006 AFC Champions League title.
Choi Kang-Hee was offered to head South Korea national team and in December 2011 he was officially appointed.
After leaving the national team in 2013, the manager started working with Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors football club.
