Fabriciano González Penelas is a Spanish football manager. He was born in 1955, his playing career wasn’t notable as he player for several lower division Spanish teams.
Fabi took up managerial career after retirement and guided several teams in lower leagues in the second half of 1980s. In 1992 and then in 1993/94 he was the head coach of Mérida, had short spells at Logroñés, Elche, Gimnàstic, Murcia, Lugo, worked with several Portuguese teams.
In 2004/05 he guided Almería, then he was the manager of Burgos, Alavés, Mérida, Cartagena. Since 2010 he was the tactician of Granada, Huesca, Racing Santander and in 2013 he had a short spell at Greek team Panathinaikos F.C.
