Helmi Toulan is an Egyptian football manager, born on 30 November 1949.
Toulan gained wide experience in training both youth teams and top-flight Egyptian clubs. From 2002 to 2006 he was the head coach at Haras El-Hodood. In 2006 Helmi was in charge of Masry Port Said for a few months, later joining Etisalat.
He spent the 2010/2011 season managing Petrojet. In May 2011 he was sacked for the team’s poor display. From 2011 to 2012 Toulan was the head coach at El Shorta. On 1 July 2012 Helmi Toulan was appointed as the new manager at Haras El-Hodood. One year later he switched for Zamalek.
At the beginning of 2014 Toulan was released from the club.
