Jens Keller is a football manager of FC Schalke 04. He is a retired player, born in 1970 in Stuttgart, Germany. Keller came through the youth academies of VfL Wangen and VfB Stuttgart. After graduating he stayed with VfB Stuttgart before his move to TSV 1860 München in 1992. In 1995 he joined VfL Wolfsburg, then played for VfB Stuttgart, 1. FC Köln, Eintracht Frankfurt and retired after a short spell at TSV Langstadt.
In 2008 Keller became the manager of VfB Stuttgart U19 team, after that he was an assistant manager of VfB Stuttgart and was appointed the head coach in October 2010. Two months passed after that and he was sacked.
In 2012 he became the manager of FC Schalke 04 youth under-17 team and in December 2012 was appointed at the helm of FC Schalke 04.
