Johnny Mølby is a Danish retired football player, currently managing AC Horsens. He was born in 1969 in Kolding, Denmark, and during his youth playing period he stayed with Kolding IF and then joined Vejle BK. With the latter one he began his senior career in 1987 and stayed with the club until 1992. Then Mølby moved to France, where he had a short spell at FC Nantes and then joined Borussia Mönchengladbach. After that he played for KV Mechelen, Aalborg BK and retired from AGF Aarhus in 2000.
Johnny Mølby represented Denmark at youth levels and was called for the senior team.
He began his managerial career at Kolding IF, where he was an assistant coach before he took charge of Kolding FC in 2003. There he worked until 2008 and that was an assistant manager at AGF Aarhus. In 2009, Mølby was appointed the head coach of AC Horsens and still works there.
