Luboš Kozel is a manager at FK Dukla Prague. He is a retired player, born in 1971 in Vlašim, Czechoslovakia. He played for such teams as Švarc Benešov, Slavia Prague, Újpest FC, Bohemians Prague and retired after a short spell at Viktoria Plzeň. During his playing career he was called up to the Czech Republic national team and earned nine caps. In 1997 he was a part of the squad, competing at the FIFA Confederations Cup.
After retirement Kozel became an assistant coach at Slavia Prague B team, and then he was their manager. In 2007 he had a spell at FK Jablonec, after that he became the assistant manager at Slovan Liberec. In December 2009 Kozel was appointed the head coach of FK Dukla Prague and in the 2010/11 season he helped them to win Czech 2. Liga, thus promoting to the top flight.
