Ulisses Indalécio Silva Antunes (nicknamed Lúcio Antunes) is the head coach of the national team of Cape Verde. He was born on 6 October 1966 in the capital of the country Praia.
In July 2010 he was appointed as the head coach of Cape Verde and under his helm the team showed stable performance and reached 78th place in the FIFA ranking.
