Mehmet Özdilek is a Turkish coach and former professional footballer. He was born on 1 April 1966 in Samsun, Turkey.
Mehmet started out his professional career with K. Maraşspor in 1984. However, his career really took off at a prominent Turkish side Beşiktaş in 1988. During his 13-year spell at the club, Özdilek helped the team to win the Turkish League four times and also brought them four Turkish Cup victories. Overall, he made a total of 130 goals in 387 appearances for the club during his tenure. In between 1990 and 1997, Mehmet earned 31 caps to the Turkey national team.
Özdilek took up coaching as a manager of Malatyaspor in January 2004. In 2008, he took over the coaching reins at Antalyaspor and was at the helm of the team till 2013.
In October 2013 he was appointed the coach of Genclerbirligi.
