Neil Warnock is football manager from England. He is a retired footballer and during his professional career played for such teams as Chesterfield, Rotherham United, Hartlepool United, Scunthorpe United, Aldershot, Barnsley, York City and Crewe Alexandra. In 1980 he took over his managerial career at Gainsborough Trinity, then he guided Burton Albion, Scarborough and in from 1989 till 1993 he was the head coach of Notts County. He brought them to promotion to the First Division, but when they failed to get to Premier League suffering relegation, he left the team and had a short spell at Torquay United.
In July 1993, Warnock took charge of Huddersfield Town and helped the side to get promotion to the Division One in 1994/95. Then he switched to Plymouth Argyle and led them to promotion to the Division Two in 1995/96. Having left the team in 1997 he had a season in Oldham Athletic and one more in Bury.
In 1999, Warnock took charge of Sheffield United, where he worked until 2007 and in the 2005/06 season they got promotion to Premier League. After leaving the club he guided Crystal Palace till 2010 and then became the manager of Queens Park Rangers, whom he led to Premier League in the 2010/11 season. In February 2012, Neil Warnock was appointed the head coach of Leeds United. One year later Neil left his post.
