Nobuhiro Ishizaki is a Japanese football manager, a retired player. He was born in 1958 in Hiroshima. Currently he is the head coach of Consadole Sapporo. He began playing football at university he studied at, and in 1980 he joined Toshiba, where he spent thirteen years and played in the second division of Japan Soccer League and later advanced to the top flight. Ishizaki made 30 matches in the first division and retired in 1993.
In two years he took over as a manager of NEC Yamagata, which was later renamed into Montedio Yamagata, and guided the team during three seasons. After that Nobuhiro Ishizaki moved to Oita Trinita, spent there two years and switched to Kawasaki Frontale, where he worked from 2001 till 2003. After that Ishizaki had two short spells at Shimizu S-Pulse and Tokyo Verdy.
In 2006, he became the manager of Kashiwa Reysol, whom he guided until 2008. In 2009, he took charge of Consadole Sapporo and guided the team for four years. In February 2013 he was appointed the assistant coach at Hangzhou Greentown.
