Pat Fenlon is a former footballer and a coach. He was born in 1969 in Dublin, Ireland, and in 1987 he graduated from the academy of Chelsea in London. After that he began his senior career playing for St Patrick’s Athletic, then he played for such Irish Premier League teams as Bohemians, Linfield, Shamrock Rovers and Shelburne.
Fenlon gained his first coaching experience at Shelburne in 2002, where he was a player-manager. In 2003, he took full charge of the team and led them to three League of Ireland titles (2003, 2004 and 2006). He guided them until 2007, when he had a short spell at Derry City and in December 2007 he was appointed the head coach of Bohemians. He helped them to win the League of Ireland in 2008 and 2009 and in 2008 they won FAI Cup.
In November 2011, Fenlon took charge of Hibernian and guided the club for two years.
