Slaviša Stojanović, a Slovenian football coach, was born in 1969. He currently heads the Slovenia national team.
The first team he coached was ND Slovan, whom he led to winning the Under-16 and Under-18 championship in Slovenia.
In 2001 he had a season spell in Livar, after what he moved to NK Domžale. During the first year with the team he brought them to the Slovenian PrvaLiga and under his guidance NK Domžale qualified for the 2005 and 2006 UEFA Cups. In 2007 and 2008 NK Domžale won Slovenian First League title and the 2007 Slovenian Supercup. Slaviša Stojanović led NK Domžale to their first UEFA Champions League appearance.
In 2008 Stojanović took charge of NKCM Celje and in 2009 he joined the United Arab Emirates national football team to assist the head coach Srečko Katanec. In 2011 both were dismissed.
In October 2011 Slaviša Stojanović was appointed the head coach of the Slovenia national team.
