Temuri Ketsbaia is a former Georgian football player. He was born in 1968 and currently he manages the Georgia national team.
His playing career started in Dinamo Tbilisi, then he played for the Cypriot club Anorthosis Famagusta, Greek AEK, Newcastle United, Wolverhampton Wanderers in England and the Scottish Dundee.
It was Anorthosis Famagusta, where he was a player-coach, there he finished his playing career and took over as a manager.
Ketsbaia earned 49 appearances for the Georgia national team.
In 2009 he had a short period in Greek Olympiacos but it wasn’t a success. Ketsbaia returned to Georgia and was appointed the head coach of the national team.
