Anzhi eye move for Malouda

Anzhi eye move for Malouda

Daily Mail states Russian moneybags Anzhi Makhachkala are seriously considering the possibility of signing Chelsea misfit Florent Malouda to end his nightmare at the Stamford Bridge.

The 32-year-old France international, who has joined Chelsea for £13.5 million from Lyon, has been banished from first team and instructed to train with reserves after he has rejected to move clubs. As a result he has not made any Premier League appearances this season.

The Russian transfer window is still open, and Anzhi Makhachkala boss Guus Hiddink is rumoured to be ready to offer Malouda 18-month deal worth £4m.

Malouda has been an important part of Chelsea squad for four years, scoring 35 goals in 145 appearances for the club.
