Arsenal team news: Podolski and Ox are ready for West Ham clash

Arsenal have been given a huge boost with the news that their two key attacking players Lukas Podolski and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain returned to light training following their absence due to injuries.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger revealed that despite the good news about Podolski and Ox return there are dark prospects as to what concerns the injury of their playmaker Mikel Arteta. He is expected to be back not sooner than in two weeks. Wenger is also concerned with the injury of Francis Coquelin who has damaged a hamstring and is yet to undergo the full medical assessment to determine the date of his possible return.

Wenger also said that he determined to bring to the Emirates only the best players and does not wish to buy players with a view to satisfy the demands of the Gunners’ fans.
