Blaszczykowski set to to sign a new contract with Borussia

Borussia Dortmund winger Jakub Blaszczykowski revealed he is happy to stay at the club, amid reports suggesting he could leave the club at the end of the season.

The 27-year-old Pole made a switch to Westfalenstadion from Wisla Krakow back in 2007 and established a stabile partnership with his countryman Robert Lewandowski. He has three years remaining on his current contract.

The recent speculation linked him with a move to Juventus and Manchester City, weith both clubs prepared to trigger his release clause of €15million. However Kuba revealed he is happy playing in back and yellow shirt and wants to stay at the club. Currently he expects the German giants to offer him new improved deal.

The Pole said: “I have been here for six years now and I’m part of the city and the club. I have grown up as well. I have no fears or worries. The question is where would I feel as good as I do in Dortmund?”
