Cardiff to bid for Bolton’s Chris Eagles
Cardiff boss Malky Mackay eyes switch for Bolton midfielder Chris Eagles as he is plans for the forthcoming Premier League campaign.
The 27-year-old player is far from being happy at the Reebok, as he has come under fire from his own fans due to run of poor form. Mackay, who has been playing alongside Eagles at Watford, is ready to offer the midfielder an escape route from his nightmare at Bolton. It is believed he could be available in a cut-price deal worth of £2 million.
Malaysian owner Vincent Tan has decided to hand Cardiff £25million transfer budget in order to strengthen all the problematic positions. Mackay is planning to sign Blackpool’s striker Matt Phillips, Brighton’s winger Will Buckle and is closely monitoring the situation with Sudnerland’s Danny Graham.
