Chelsea players have the belief to win the Champions League again

Petr Cech believes the English club can make history this year.

The Londoners’ goalkeeper that became the hero of the final against Bayern Munich saving a penalty in extra-time said that the club can now challenge every team in the world and that ultimate goal of Chelsea is to capture the title for the second time.

He mentioned that the history of the club boasted different trophies and the Champions League title was the last one they were missing in the cabinet. Defending the title was a challenge no club had coped with before, he added, but Cech believed in the new players that came into the club.

The goalkeeper himself recently extended his contract with the club to four more years as he claimed he liked to be a part of the team that was full of ambition, also stating that the Premier League was the most difficult League in the world that forced one to play well all the time.
