De Bruyne does not wish to return to Chelsea

Chelsea midfielder Kevin De Bruyne revealed that he would like to remain at Bremen, the club he has moved on loan before the start of the season.

De Bruyne admitted that he will definitely have fewer first team opportunities at the Stamford Bridge, due to the tough competition in Chelsea midfield.

De Bruyne is a firm first choice player at Werder Bremen having made 15 appearances and scored 4 goals. “It’s difficult for me to sit on the bench,” said De Bruyne. “I know myself, I can’t stand it. I want to play football. If not with Chelsea, then one level below Chelsea.”
