Destro: “I hope to return within a month“

Roma striker claims he will be fit for the derby.

The Giallorossi forward Mattia Destro has already missed a month following knee surgery, yet the player remains hopeful the rehabilitatiom process will last until April.

“I hope to return within a month. I want to be fully fit for the derby in April and then prove my worth to the team, “ Destro told the Italian press.

The player also made comments about the Capital club’s run in Serie A, stating: “We had a difficult time in mid-season, but now we’re recovering well. I believe overall it’s been a positive.”
