Di Natale considers retiring at the end of the season
”Training sessions start to weigh me down,” says the Italian international.
Udinese striker Antonio Di Natale revealed that he may quit his career in football this summer. The 35-yeat-old player has made 286 outings for the Zebrette and netted 150 goals and is rumoured to enter coaching when his playing career will come to an end.
“I don’t feel my age, but, after 20 years of football, training is starting to weigh me down. I still really enjoy games though. I’ll decide what to do in June. Once the season is over I’ll stop and think about the best solution,” stated the player in an interview to the Gazzetta dello Sport.
