Everton extend Distin’s deal

BBC informs that Everton have extended Sylvain Distin’s contract for one more year.

34-year-old’s current deal was due to expire this year however the club has decided to that the veteran defender will benefit the club during another campaign.

Distin has proved himself on a regular basis at Everton this year, having made 33 appearances during 2012-2013. He has recently won the Players’ Players of the Season award.
