Latest transfer rumours: Ricky Alvarez agent doubts Atletico transfer

The Argentine was rumoured to leave Inter this summer, but the agent denies speculations.

The South American Ricky Alvarez was linked with Atletico Madrid for several months now as the 24-year-old did not manage to secure a place in Milan-based side. The midfielder featured only in 14 League games and two Europe League matches and netted one goal this season.

The player’s agent Marcelo Simonian expressed his doubts that Alvarez will join the Spaniards, claiming: “I really don’t believe that Alvarez will sign for Atletico.”
