Llorente: "I really like the Juve project"

The Spain international says he is ready to join Juve.

Athletic Bilbao forward Fernando Llorente revealed he had several offers from other teams, but he found “the Juve project” the most exciting.

“Juve have invested heavily in me from the very start and have always been quite clear in their intentions. I’ve always admired the competitive spirit of Italian clubs and, for me, Juve are the biggest,” claimed Llorente who will start playing for the Turin side in summer.

The forward stated that Juve’s ambitions also played their part in the deal. “The club is also trying to claim the Champions League, which, for me, is the title that is the most exciting. They are a winning side, with the ambition to keep on winning. That excites me a lot,” underlined the 27-year-old Spaniard.
