Man City chase West Ham Morrison

Manchester City are weighting up a move for former United midfielder Ravel Morrison, who currently playing on loan at Championship side Birmingham.

Morrison, who has been considered as hottest England prospects not long ago, has left Manchester United in pursue of regular first-team football after failing to agree a new deal. He joined West Ham but was offloaded to Birmingham on a season-long deal, as he fell out of favour with the Hammers’ manager Sam Allardyce.

The 20-year-old midfielder has returned to his best at second-tier side and drew attention of the several Premier League clubs, including Man City, Newcastle and Arsenal. With Morrison expected to be sold this summer, Man City seem to be most likely contenders to win the battle for his signature.

Morrison has made 27 appearances, scoring 2 goals for Birmingham.
