Man City transfer news: Balotelli set to join Milan

Eurosport informs that Man City controversial striker Mario “Why Always Me?” Balotelli flew to Milan to undergo his medical after the transfer fee has been agreed. It is believed Balotelli will join Milan for around £20 million.

Despite Man City hierarchy repeatedly dismissing the rumours of Balotelli leaving the club, Balotelli’s stay at the Foggy Albion is almost over, as Milan have officially confirmed they have agreed terms for the transfer of the Italian forward. Balotelli has put pen to paper on a four-and-a-half deal which will keep his at San Siro until 2017.

Self-confessed Milan fan Balotelli has joined Man City in 2010 for £24 million and has been a magnet for controversy, including clashes with manager and numerous disciplinary issues.

The Italy international has scored 30 goals in 80 appearances for City helping the Citizens to win the FA Cup and claim Premier League title for the first time in 35 years.
