Man Utd eye Celtic Wanyama

Daily Mirror states Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson flew to Glasgow to personally scout Celtic defensive midfielder Victor Wanyama as the Hoops thrashed 4-0 Dundee United.

Wanyama has been a revelation since joining Celtic for just £900,000 from the Belgian side Beerschot in 2011. After a series of impressive performances in both the Scottish Premier League and Champions League his value has risen ten times to £10million.

Celtic are desperate to hold onto their star player and it will take a huge offer for them to part ways with the 21-year-old Kenyan.
Wanyama has made 22 appearances scoring 6 goals this season.
