Messi’s objective is to win more titles

Barcelona superstar still agonizes over Chelsea defeat and targets more trophies.

The striker claimed he was still hurt over missed penalty in the match against Chelsea in the Champions League. Yet he stated last season was history and now the team was preparing for the forthcoming campaign as best as they could, planning to win everything again.

The 25-year-old forward said that his objective was not to score more goals, but to develop his skills and to win more trophies with the team.

Messi won three FIFA Ballon d’Or awards in the previous three season, and this year he hoped the Ballon d’Or would remain in the Barca dressing-room, underlying that Iniesta or Xavi were the ones that deserved it better for everything they achieved in recent years and at Euro 2012. The international star added the more Barcelona players are nominated for the award, the better for the club.
