Milan target Espanyol defender

According to Fussball.ch Milan are seriously considering the possibility of signing Espanyol centre-back Jordi Amat in a bid to strengthen their shaky back line.

Currently the highly-rated 20 year-old defender is on loan at Rayo Vallecano where he enjoys the possibility of playing first-team football. His deal with Espanyol is set to expire in 2016. However Espanyol are unlikely to let their player leave for anything less €2 million.

He has made 14 appearances for Rayo Vallecano.
