The player will stay on loan at Gremio for a year

The Chilean forward was signed by Napoli in 2012 for £11.5 million, yet did not manage to secure a place in the senior squad.

The official statement of the Brazilian club reads:” It was a very long talks, exhausting, but well worth it for the quality that Vargas can add to our team.”
