PSG eye move for Tottenham Bale

Daily Mirror reports free-spending Paris Saint-Germain are lining up a move for Tottenham wizard Gareth Bale.

The scouts of the French side are likely to assess the 23-year-old winger during Tottenham Europa League last-32 clash against Lyon on Thursday. PSG are confident they capable to outbid the other contenders for Bale’s signature including Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

Although the Spurs’ boss André Villas-Boas is determined to hold onto their key player, he may be forced to part ways with Bale, should the £50-million bid be made. Bale has been in a form of his life this season, scoring 21 goals and setting up another 11 in 36 appearances for his club.
