PSV Eindhoven's Dries Mertens is Rafa Benitez's first signing at Napoli

Napoli have completed the signing of winger Dries Mertens from PSV Eindhoven for an undisclosed fee.

The 26-year-old Belgium international scored 37 goals in 62 outings at the Dutch club and helped his side to lift the Dutch Cup and Dutch Supercup. His impressive performances at PSV have earned him an international call-up. He made 19 appearances for his national side, scoring two goals.

Mertens has put pen to paper on a five-year deal that will keep him at Stadio San Paolo up until 2018.
