QPR chase West Ham Diame

Sky Sports informs that struggling against relegation Queens Park Rangers are hot on the trail of West Ham defensive midfielder Mohamed Diame.

New QPR boss Harry Redknapp wants to bring the 25 year-old industrious midfielder at Loftus Road with a view to continue the rebuilding of the squad. Harry is said to bready to activate Diame’s £3.5million buy-out option.

Diame has been praised by the fans and pundits as one of the West Ham’s best signings after his arrival on a free in summer. West Ham are said to try and launch the contract negotiations with the Senegalese in order to take out the release clause from of his contract, but no progress has been made so far. Several top clubs are also said to be monitoring situation.

Diame has just returned to light training following his hamstring injury picked up in West Ham 2-3 defeat against Liverpool.
