QPR Júlio César suffered a groin injury

New QPR coach Harry Redknapp confirmed Júlio César has picked up a groin injury in the 0-0 draw between The Rangers and The Black Cats.

The 33 year-old Brazilian goalkeeper was substituted during the break. Harry Redknapp said “”He did his groin. He tore a groin. He’s a good pro, I’ve been impressed with him as a fella and can see why he’s played at the very, very top. Rob Green made a great save when he came on, so we’re lucky there we’ve got two great keepers.”
