Real Madrid complete €38m Illarramendi deal

Real Madrid have completed the deal on bringing Illarramendi to the squad for €38 million activating the release clause in his contract. Thus, his former employer Real Sociedad were unable to prevent the transfer.

Hence, Asier Illarramendi has become the second Spanish young talent to join Los Blancos this summer after the arrival of Isco last month. The 23-year old Basque is yet to make his debut for the Spain national team.
