Rennes' Yann M'Vila joins Rubin Kazan

Daily Mirror reports that the Russian side Rubin Kazan has beaten both Tottenham and Queens Park Rangers in the battle for the signature of the in-demand Rennes’ midfielder Yann M’Vila.

The recent speculations have linked the 22-year-old Frenchman with a move to several top Premier League clubs but M’Vila preferred to switch to the wealthy Russian outfit Rubin Kazan.

After successfully undergoing his medical M’Vila has signed a four-year contract. The transfer fee is thought to be between €12 to 19 million. The France international has made 149 appearances scoring 4 goals for Rennes.
