Serie A results: Juventus 1-0 Milan and other matches

After battling to a 1-0 victory over resilient Milan side, Juventus need just four points in their last five games to take the second consecutive Serie A title.

While Milan are yet to secure the Champions League spot this season, the Old Lady can claim Scudetto by beating Torino next Sunday, should their closest rivals Napoli fail to outplay Pescara.

Arturo Vidal kept a cool head to score the penalty in the 57th minute, which made the difference between the two sides. The result means Milan are 18 points behind the leaders Juve, while the defending champions remain 11 points clear of second-placed Napoli.

Meanwhile Napoli secured a 3-2 victory over Cagliari to retain slim hopes of reaching Juventus in their Serie A title chase.
